Development roadmap

A campus-ready guide, built in deliberate stages.

ClioVision is moving from a working Computer Science walking pilot to a reliable, hands-free guide for the whole Missouri S&T campus. The sequence starts with real-world walking validation, then expands tours, mapping, AI, and release readiness.

  1. 01

    August 2026

    Stabilize the pilot

Field-test routes, GPS arrivals, voice recovery, and glasses connection on real campus walks.

  2. 02

    Aug–Sep 2026

    Expand degree tours

Curate every undergraduate program’s route, buildings, narration, timing, and field-review status.

  3. 03

    September 2026

    Build a production map

Add sidewalk-aware mapping, building markers, accessibility choices, and offline campus support.

  4. 04

    Sep–Oct 2026

    Make guidance smarter

Add rerouting, turn prompts, resume behavior, and hands-free commands such as “what’s next?”

  5. 05

    October 2026

    Grow campus AI

Ground answers in official sources and make Clio aware of the current tour, stop, and visitor question.

  6. 06

    Oct 2026 onward

    Beta to release

Harden voice and privacy, recruit testers, ship TestFlight builds, and prepare the public launch.

Security, privacy, content review, and route safety are built into every phase.
